A Musical Life...
At 7 years old Chris picked up the trumpet and discovered his instant passion for music. At age 10 he accepted a scholarship to sing at the St. Marys cathedral college choir as a lead treble then moved to St. Ignatius College Riverview for his highschool years. Here, his passion for music became more intense as he found his love for playing drums. He was appointed leader of both the college jazz band and stage band, he played with the teachers band at the renouned sydney venue "The Basement" and later accepted the medal for the arts at his graduation ceremony. Chris is currently completing a degree in composition and production at the Australian Institute of music and spending most of his time supporting student graduation recitals, teaching and performing in bands around sydney and the central coast.
